Supports the transition of a Youth leaving foster care



Our goal is to reassure youths leaving the foster care system that they have "Loads of Love" in their corner.

We are asking for our Supporters to sponsor a "Loads of Love" Basket that we will give to the newly disconnected youth.






With your donation of 25$ we will load a basket with supplies like the picture above and hand written card sharing the name of the sponsor (if they wish) and words of encouragement.
